Upon booking you will need to pay an initial deposit of 20% to reserve your booking which is non refundable. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to the tour start date. This is so we can confirm your booking with our partners and they can start perparing for you arrival.

If you wish to cancel your booking after full payment has been made, a written notice must be sent to us at least 30 days prior to the experience start date. In those cases a 50% refund will be given.
